Emmanuelle Moreau was born in Nantes. She spends her childhood and teenage years in this very lively and artistically rich provincial town

( Festival des Allumées , Cargo 92, C.R.D.C…)

Artistic teachers quickly notice Emmanuelle for her natural talent  in dance and theater performance. Furthered by great flexibility and ease on stage, she takes classical dance lessons privately and in the dance academy, filling her everyday life with joy, happiness and success. She follows there theoretical and practical training. 

She makes the big jump thanks to her encounter with  the Cie du Sablier on the stage of Scenes Nationales.

To complete her studies, she follows a professional training in acting at the Studio Pygmalion in Paris. Pascal-Emmanuel Luneau is among her teachers. Meeting many theater companies not only allow her to tackle classical repertory, but also creation in laboratory theater.

Then, the Belgian or German artistic currents and an encounter with the plastic artist Mike Kelley in Los Angeles influence her outlook on  theater : dance, acting, plastic arts and music mix together, all kinds of artistic forms are able to coexist. 

At the same time, she follows further professional training in dance (classical, jazz, hip-hop, capoeira, contemporary, African dance…) and works with the choreographers of Mc Solaar, Ménélik, the Cie Boogie Sai and even Philippe Découflé.

She tackles on-camera work with Kim Massee. Since then, she appeared in several films both for cinema and television, as well as in clips and ads. She also works with young directors like the Poiraud Brothers, Stéphane Elmadjian, Sandrine Dumas, Kene Illegems, Jean-Philippe Amar, and Emma Perret. She also worked with Luc Besson, animating the character of Princess Sélénia in “Arthur 2 the revenge of Maltazard” and “Arthur 3 The war of the two worlds”, and even more recently with the director Serge Frydman.
